Slide and tip independently
14 × NEMA17 slide motors move two-guide carriages on GT2 belts. 15 × geared NEMA23 motors tip 14 fresh pans and one soaking pan.
Require measured ≥8 N·m at about 4.2 output rpm for the revised tray load. A gearbox limit or holding torque does not prove working torque. The motor’s 116 mm axial body cannot be treated as fitting the model’s 55 mm side bay.
Use removable steel food pans
14 × Winco SPJP-204 fresh pans and one SPJL-604 standing-water soaking pan. Printed cradles support the pans outside the food surface.
The old 0.30 kg tare assumption is too low for these pans. Use provisional 1.25 kg pan/cradle tare until weighed; the 400 mm envelope model then needs ≈6.87 N·m including its 2× factor.
Cold shell is a separate package
Genuine CoolBot + LG LW8024R are the research candidates. Exact-model compatibility and the supplied manufacturer instructions must be confirmed.
Current clear volume ≈2268 L. CoolBot recommends R25 on all faces. The 50 mm shell and 188 W average model are not validated for this cooling package. AC, controls and battery add exterior projections.
